Welcome to Leader in Training!

Build leadership skills and develop confidence with our Leadership Training Program.
The Leader in Training (LIT) Program is designed for campers aged 13-15. The program meets Monday through Friday from 9AM until 4:00PM at South Base Lodge, Blue Mountain. Each LIT will be assigned to a group with one experienced camp counsellor as the LIT Point Person.

Under the guidance of counsellors, LIT’s will participate in a leadership capacity, facilitating crafts, games and activities once prepared. All LIT’s should expect to be challenged by new situations such as: monitoring lunches, leading activities, practicing conflict resolution and encouraging campers through challenges.

Through teamwork, collaboration, and leadership initiatives we will provide a safe environment to practice new skills every day here at camp!

Camp Cup occurs every Friday. Our adventure-filled week finishes with our Camp Cup. The Camp Cup is a day-long game day with a focus on team building, communication, leadership, cooperation, creative thinking, resilience, and problem-solving. The winning groups in this lighthearted event are enshrined in our Camp space with the Camp Cup.

Rates may vary by week. Camp dates selected at time of purchase are final and cannot be changed to other dates without cancelling and rebooking, which is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If the camp is cancelled by Thursday, May 29, 2025, a full refund will be provided. Summer Camps become non-refundable as of Friday, May 30, 2025. Multi-week camp purchase savings is based on number of weeks of camp booked per child. Cannot be combined with multiple children for different weeks. Applicable for any combination of Mountainside Camp, Beachside Camp, and Skills Camp. Not applicable for Monterra Tennis Camp and Leader in Training Camp. Booking can only be made by calling Contact Centre who can apply the 15% discount on each week of camp.

Any situation where a credit card has been used fraudulently will be reported to law enforcement. All transactions, including the ones processed via third parties, may be subject to additional review at time of fulfillment to determine acceptance.

  • Same child registered for all qualifying weeks. Cannot be combined with another child
  • Weeks do not have to be consecutive or the same camp type
  • Call-in only, can be applied after original booking by calling Contact Centre
  • If camp(s) are cancelled by guest reducing overall number to less than 3 weeks, discount will be removed and original rate at time of booking will be honored
