2025 Green Fees & Hours

18-holes are available daily throughout the season. 9-holes are available from Friday to Sunday and Holidays from twilight to sunset, with limited availability. Juniors (17 and under) receive 50% off the adult rate during regular and twilight hours.

During sunset hours, Juniors play free when accompanied by an adult (Ratio: 1 Adult: 1 Junior). Opening hours vary based on time of year and turf management program. Please contact the Pro Shop for more information.

Twilight players may be asked to return to the clubhouse prior to the completion of their round due to daylight availability.

All rounds include motorized carts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cart Rental Policy

A maximum of two carts will be reserved per tee-time to ensure ongoing cart availability.
Golfers require a valid “G” license to operate golf carts due to road crossings.

Communication on Course

In the event of extreme weather, golfers will be notified by message through the GPS system on their cart to seek shelter at the Sanctuary or return to the clubhouse.

Dress Code

Proper golf attire is required on the course: Polo or mock neck shirts & pants or Bermuda shorts.
Denim, joggers, short shorts, tank tops and t-shirt with sports/artwork/band names etc. are not permitted.
Soft studded spikes or running shoes -no metal spikes permitted.

Number of Players

A maximum of four players per group are permitted -no spectators, caddies or riders permitted. Each player in the group will need their own set of golf clubs

Rain Policy

Between the tee of the 1st hole and the green of the 6th: Golfers receive an 18-hole rain check voucher.
Between the tee of the 7th hole and the green of the 12th: Golfers receive a 9-hole rain check voucher.
After the tee of the 13th hole: No rain check vouchers will be issued.
FOOD & DRINKS

Food & Drinks
Food and refreshments are located at the Leaderboard Bar and Grill in the clubhouse and at the Sanctuary on course after the 4th, 9th, and 14th holes.

Outside alcohol is not permitted on the golf course.

Course Rules

Homeowner Land Surrounding Monterra Golf

Please respect our neighbours. Homeowner land is private property marked with white stakes and No Trespassing signs.

Local Rules

Out of Bounds is marked by white stakes. Penalty areas are marked by red stakes.
Drop areas are provided on Holes 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 14 and 15.
All cart rules must be followed as dictated by the GPS system.
Golfers must follow our pace of play guidelines as indicated on the scorecard. If your group falls behind pace, you will receive a warning and may be asked by staff to pick up your ball and move into proper position.

Play is governed by Golf Canada Rules of Golf.
INJURY / PROPERTY DAMAGE
Injury / Property Damage

Golfers are reminded of their responsibility for injuries to self and others, as well as damage to property and possessions on and around the golf course including residential areas.

Stray golf balls can cause injury to others or property damage.

Golfers are responsible for any damage to golf carts while in their possession.

Please report all incidents of injury or damage to the Golf Shop.

Reservation Policies

Public may book 30 days in advance.
Overnight Resort Guests may reserve their tee times at the time of their lodging reservation.
Season Passholders may reserve 7 days in advance.
9 Hole Rounds can’t be booked more than 48 hours in advance
