Please feel free to speak to a restaurant Supervisor at either establishment should you require assistance in their restaurants.

Hillside Outfitters is the only store with automatic doors, with two levels. The establishment has one set of stairs with no ramp, and the upper level can be accessed via the side entrance door, which is manually operated. All other locations have manually operated entrances and are one level.

Biking
Biking at Blue Mountain combines the finest elements of cross-country and downcountry biking. Located in the Orchard area of Explore Park, these trails present dynamic climbs and descents that will challenge your riding skills and abilities.

Downcountry trails cater to those who appreciate the thrill of downhill and the endurance demands of cross-country biking.

Alternatively, our cross-country trail network in the Explore Park consists of seven trails, carefully designed to accommodate beginners and experienced riders alike.

To maximize your biking adventure, it is essential to select the appropriate bike for each trail type. Cruiser bikes are suitable for smooth, flat terrains, while cross-country bikes are ideal for navigating our cross-country trail network. For the more intense downcountry trails and skills bike areas, ensure your bike boasts sufficient suspension to master the varying and challenging terrains.

We ask all participants to maintain a heightened awareness of risk by reviewing the Mountain Bikers Responsibility Code. Riding within one's ability and in the company of a buddy is strongly encouraged. Additionally, wearing a helmet is mandatory to enhance your protection, and we remind everyone to stay hydrated throughout their biking excursions. Please exhibit respect for fellow riders, staff, and trail conditions, and adhere strictly to the designated trails.

Families with young riders between the ages of 5-12 can partake in the biking experience together, though it is imperative that participants within this age range are accompanied by an adult (18+).

Blue Mountain offers bike rentals for purchase at Activity Central, ensuring that you can embark on your biking adventure even without your own equipment. It is advisable to carry a tool pack and spare tube, observe posted hours, and take note that the trails are not swept at the end of the day.

For comprehensive information, including age restrictions and other pertinent details, kindly visit our website at BlueMountain.ca.

If a guest requires assistance understanding the instructions delivered during our tours and lessons or the inherent risks of the Mountain Bike Liability Waiver, a support person will be required to accompany them.

To safely bike, guests will be required to:
• Balance yourself independently while riding, without assistance.
Have sufficient body strength and physical dexterity to maneuver a bike through varied trails and around or over obstacles.

Website Accessibility
This website is designed to be compatible with most browsers and screen sizes. While it will work well with Internet Explorer 8.0 or Firefox 4.0 with all features enabled on a current monitor set to a display width of 1200 pixels, it should generally function with other browsers and screen configurations.

The site design prioritizes high color contrast between textual elements and their background for improved readability. However, if you encounter any issues reading our site, we recommend using Google Chrome with the ChromeVis extension installed, as it can enhance accessibility.

If you need to adjust the font size to suit your preferences, your current browser may have a font size adjuster within its options. Here's how you can do it in some popular browsers:

Mozilla® Firefox®

1) In the View menu, choose Zoom.
2) In the Zoom sub-menu, select Zoom In or Zoom Out. If you want only the text size to change, choose Zoom Text Only, making sure it is checked.

Microsoft® Internet Explorer®:

1) In the View menu, choose Text Size.
2) In the Text Size sub-menu, choose the desired size.

Google Chrome®:

1) Click on the wrench icon in the top right-hand corner of your browser window
2) In the Zoom sub-menu, adjust your zoom size

Apple® Safari®:

1) In the View menu, choose either Zoom In or Zoom Out.
2)Remember, making these adjustments can enhance your browsing experience and make the content more accessible and comfortable to read.
PDF Accessibility
To view PDF files, you will need the free Adobe® Reader®. Follow these steps to download and view PDF files:
1) If the PDF file was posted on or after October 15, 2004, you will need Adobe Reader 6 or a later version. If you don't have it installed on your computer, you can download it from the official Adobe website.
2) Once you have Adobe Reader installed, complete steps 1 and 2 provided by the website where you found the PDF file, and then click "download" to save the PDF file on your computer.

However, if your computer cannot support Adobe Reader 6 or later or you are unable to install it, follow these alternative steps:
1) Right-click (PC) or option-click (Mac) on the PDF file name.
2) Choose "Copy Link Location" (Firefox), "Copy Shortcut" (Internet Explorer), or "Copy Link" (Safari) from the context menu. This will copy the link to the PDF file.
3) Go to Adobe's Online Conversion Tools for Adobe PDF Documents web page.
4) Follow the instructions on that page to view a web page (HTML) or obtain a text copy of the PDF file without needing to install Adobe Reader.

These alternative steps should allow you to access and view the PDF content without the need for Adobe Reader on your computer.

PDF TROUBLESHOOTING

If you encounter issues opening a PDF file, you can try these troubleshooting techniques:
1) Ensure you have Adobe Reader 6 or a later version installed. If you don't have it, download the latest version from the official Adobe website.
2) If you are using an Apple Macintosh, attempt to open the file in both Acrobat Reader and OS X Preview to see if it works in either application.

Please note that the support provided is limited to Adobe Reader, and the website cannot guarantee compatibility with other third-party PDF readers. If you are using a program other than Adobe Reader and the PDF file fails to open correctly, try opening it with Adobe Reader to see if it resolves the issue.

If you have both Adobe Reader and an older full version of Adobe Acrobat® on your computer and encounter problems, follow these steps:
1) Close the older full version of Adobe Acrobat if it is open.
2) Click your browser's Back button to return to the web page with the PDF link.
3) Right-click (PC) or option-click (Mac) on the PDF link.
4) Select "Save target as…" or "Save link target as…" to download the PDF file to your computer. Remember the location where you save it.
5) Open Adobe Reader 6.
6) In the File menu of Adobe Reader, choose "Open…"
7) Navigate to where you saved the downloaded file, select it, and click "Open."

The PDF file should now open successfully in Adobe Reader 6. By following these steps, you can resolve common issues related to PDF file viewing.
