Blue Mountain takes "dining with a view" to the next level with Summitview, a mountaintop dining experience at the top of the mountain. The à la carte lunch menu includes an elevated take on your favourites from the grill including brisket, porchetta, and a delicious selection of fresh salads.
Dinner at Summitview truly brings everyone together with family-style BBQ including homestyle appetizers, off-the-grill entrées, and summer-inspired desserts. Share a meal and the views with a dinner that includes a ride up the Open-Air Gondola!* Proof of reservation required.

Accessing Summitview
There are two convenient ways to access Summitview
Parking at the Top:
If you choose to park at the top, you can enjoy the flexibility of accessing Summitview with a short walk from the parking lot (P6). Please note that you will require a valid reservation or pass to gain access to the top of the Mountain. rich-text, responsive-table

Taking the Gondola:
For a unique and scenic experience, taking the Open-Air Gondola is a fantastic option. Enjoy the views as you ascend to Summitview. Please note that access to the gondola requires a Play All Day, Explore All Day, or valid Season Pass. A gondola ride is included with dinner from 4:30PM and guests must present reservation confirmation to the host desk, located at the bottom of the Open-Air Gondola.
