• Please check the weekend meeting locations or the weekday meeting locations for each program.
  • On the first day of programs please aim to arrive 30 minutes prior to the lesson start time. This allows our instructors to start lessons on-time and provide the full length of the lesson. For the remainder of the program, participants can arrive 15 minutes prior to the lesson start time.
  • Equipment is not included in the program. Equipment rentals can be purchased in advance and you must book a rental pickup appointment at least one hour before your program time if you're picking up rentals in the Village to ensure your day on the mountain runs smoothly.
  • Lift tickets are not included in the program. Please make sure you have a valid lift ticket or Season Pass.
  • Helmets are mandatory for anyone 17 and under.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect on the first week?

The first week is always the busiest, we are getting to know everyone! We will have check in desks at each meeting location with staff to help everyone as quickly as possible. If you are a past-participant of the program, we will have a record of your progression. If it is your first season with us, we always start the session with a Ski/ Snowboard Assessment.

Will lessons have the same instructors throughout?

That is our goal. During your program, it is possible that instructors may shift around. Your patience in the first few weeks is appreciated.

Where can I park?

The South Base Lodge Parking Lot (P1) is the closest to the meeting location.

What about bathroom breaks?

We will take bathroom breaks when they are needed. Please ensure that your child has gone to the bathroom prior to starting their lesson to reduce time off snow

What is the refund policy for missed lessons?

We are not able to provide a refund for any missed lessons. We will have one week available at the end of the season if we must cancel any lessons due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road closures, resort closures, etc.).

Can my child attend another class if they missed their regular scheduled lesson?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate make-up lessons. To maintain consistency in our class sizes and flow of progression, we keep groups as assigned.
