Eligible students, 14-18 years old, who refer qualified candidates for employment with Blue Mountain Resort may be eligible to receive the Student Referral Bonus if the candidate meets the required criteria.

Referring Employee: a student and Blue Mountain employee recommending someone as a viable and qualified candidate for employment at Blue Mountain.

Referred candidate or “referral”: a student who has not yet been a Blue Mountain employee and who has been recommended by a student and an already active Blue Mountain employee as a viable and qualified candidate.

The Student Referral Bonus is equal to the gross amount of $250 per eligible referral.

Bonuses will be paid on the first pay cycle following the end of the season the program is active. The payment will be applied to the employee’s regular payroll subject to all applicable tax and deductions.

• Referring employee must be active and hired at the time of referral
• Referring employees must work until the end of the season/after 90-days and must be in good standing for payment to be issued.
• Referrals are only valid for candidates who have not yet been hired. All referrals must be submitted prior to the application process commencing.
