Please note that all parking lots are open to day guests. Spaces are subject to availability.

There is a designated area reserved for bus parking and a shuttle stop to access the Village during the Summer. P1A is located at the base of Orchard Pod where The Grind hiking trail starts.
rich-text, responsive-tableP2/P2A: VillageThese lots are the closest lots to Activity Central, and on high-demand days, the parking lots reach maximum capacity by early morning. Short-term parking is available for curb-side pick-up only.

Effective December 20, 2024, the P2A parking lot will be a paid lot.Please note the gravel parking lots located close to the village and west of Westin Trillium House, as well as P2A are not owned and operated by Blue Mountain nor Blue Mountain Village Association.

Paid parking is targeted to take effect daily as of December 20, 2024.
What are the parking rates in P2A?
Drivers can take a ticket upon entry. The first hour is complimentary and then a $15 fee is applicable for 12 hours of parking from the time of entrance. A $30 fee is applicable for parking times exceeding 12 hours (maximum 24 hours). Parking hours must be consecutive.
What form of payment is accepted?
Credit or debit payment can be used at the kiosks located in the lot or directly at the exit gate.
The QR code on the printed parking ticket can also be scanned for mobile pay.
Is re-entry available?
No. Tickets must be paid prior to leaving the lot. A new ticket must be printed upon re-entry.
Do pass holders receive preferred parking?
Pass holders are welcome to park in one of the many free lots and are encouraged to plan their visit using one of our suggested itineraries.

Monthly passes are available in any of the lots owned and managed by Freed Properties via their parking app. Monthly parking is not available in P2.

The Blue Line is a free shuttle for everyone to use across the Resort. The shuttle will run on Saturday and Sunday from 9AM to 9PM throughout the winter season and will stop at all the main lifts.

Located in the P4 parking lot with access to Weider Lift
Blue Mountain Inn Hut
Located in the P3 parking lot with access to Valley lift
Plunge/Village Hut
Located by the Plunge parking lot with access to the Silver Bullet Lift

Located across the street from the Lodge with access to the Southern Comfort Lift
Orchard Hut
Located in the P1A parking lot with access to the Orchard Lift.

If it's your first time visiting Blue Mountain, navigating the roads around the base of the resort can be challenging. Put these coordinates into your GPS device and make your way to the P1 South Parking Lot and walk into the Village (approximately 10 minute walk) or take the shuttle starting from June 28, 2024.
