- Participants must be at least 16 years old to ride a Segway. Participants who are 16 and 17 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+) at a 1:1 ratio.
- A driver's license is not required
- Minimum weight is 100 lbs (43 kg), and maximum weight is 250 lbs (113 kg)
- Closed-toe and closed-heeled shoes are required for all participants
- Helmets are provided and are mandatory for all participants
- Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate
- Weather and conditions permitting
- Daylight dependent
- Additional restrictions may apply
Please Note:
Guests should check in at Guest Services 45 minutes prior to their purchased Segway time slot to account for the time needed to redeem tickets, travel up the Open-Air Gondola, and walk to the Woodview Activity Centre Hut where your Segway tour begins. To ensure your preferred Segway tour departure time, tickets must be purchased online, in advance of arrival.
- Closed heel and closed toed shoes are required for Mountaintop Segway Tours. Running shoes recommended.
- Please allow 1 to 1.5 hours for your Mountaintop Segway Tour
- Includes one-time access to Segway on a specific date, per person.
- Tickets include one round-trip ride on the Open Air Gondola. The tour begins and finishes at the Woodview Hut located at the top of the mountain, which takes approximately 15 minutes to walk from the top of the Gondola.
- There is no place to store personal items.
- Segway operations are subject to weather, conditions, and availability.
- Additional restrictions may apply.

All Blue Mountain attractions are subject to weather, varying hours of operation, availability, and wait times. Additional age, height and weight restrictions may apply. Tickets can be refunded if done more than 3 days prior to day of use by contacting refund@bluemountain.ca, and are non-refundable within 3 days of use.
All products are subject to a 1% Village Amenity Fee. This fee is also subject to local tax (HST @ 13%). This Fee is collected by Blue Mountain Resorts LP in order to cover our sales royalty fees to Blue Mountain Village Association (BMVA) which provides a number of visitor amenities and programming available throughout the Village.
Blue Mountain Resorts LP utilizes AI software to detect fraudulent transactions for products and services purchased at BlueMountain.ca. Any situation where a credit card has been used fraudulently will be reported to law enforcement. All transactions, including the ones processed via third parties, may be subject to additional review at time of fulfillment to determine acceptance.

Parking Tip: P2 and P2A parking lots at the Village can reach maximum capacity by 11AM. Use P1/P1A parking lots at South Base.
