From race preparation to mastering freestyle tricks, our New Year's programs are the perfect way to start the year with a bang on the slopes of Blue Mountain.

All Prices +HST

  • Helmets are mandatory
  • Lift tickets sold separately
  • All race programs meet at the Blue Mountain Inn Conference Patio area
  • Race program athletes must be able to ski without a snowplow, with ski poles and get on the chairlift by themselves
  • Lunch is not provided and not supervised; however, lunch is supervised for Freestyle Camps only
  • Programs will not be cancelled or refunded due to inclement or less-than-ideal weather conditions

Program Details

Race Camp:
Get a leg up on the rest of the competition by enrolling in this lead up to programs starting. Focus will be on technical free-skiing, fundamental skill development and finding your best winter form. Slalom skis are preferred if the athlete has a choice. Open to athletes ages 6-18, training groups are made based on age and/or ability.

Freestyle Camp:
Students explore a different part of winter sports that includes jumping, rails, and slopestyle skill development. This course offers hands-on training including shared meals between coaches and athletes where goals and techniques are discussed, and future strategies mapped out. Our New Year Freestyle Camp program is well suited to all levels of riders. You will be matched with others who share your current skill level.

Ski Cross Camp:
Our New Years Ski Cross Program will have you mastering berms, pumping rollers and jumping down the course. In a day of coaching in this program you might focus on technical riding or learn to master features. This a a great way to get introduced to the sport or to prepare for the competition season ahead. Athletes are also welcome to participate in our Giant Slalom Time Trials race event.

Our New Years Snowboard Cross Program will have you mastering berms, pumping rollers and jumping down the course. Masters Race Camp:
Ring in the new year racing down the slopes of Blue. Aimed at intermediate-advanced skiers, this program will get you race ready over your holiday break. Whether you are an expert ski racer or just looking to become a more confident and advanced skier, the adult program offers a comprehensive race training experience with an athlete centered approach. Training sessions enable participants to acquire, consolidate and refine a variety of technical and tactical skills while free skiing and in gates.

Programs are eligible for a refund up to 4 weeks prior to program start. Once programs are within 4 weeks of starting, all programs become non-refundable and non-transferable. If a participant fails to attend a scheduled program date, this lesson will not be rescheduled.
