Grab your friends and prepare to dance, dance, dance the night away to The Sound Parade at this upbeat New Years Eve Party!

Cash bar and dance with live entertainment by The Sound Parade.
Free return shuttle service to Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, Thornbury & Meaford after the party. Predetermined drop offs are in effect for each town. Shuttle service is one way only.

Q Will there be accommodation available New Year's Eve?
A There is accommodation available however the accommodation sells out very quickly so book soon.

Q How many people will be at the New Year’s Party?
A The Family Celebration 400 people and the NYE Party 700 people.

Q What is the typical age of the people who go to the New Year’s Party?
A That depends on the venue. With the exception of the Family Party, where children are welcome, ages range from 19-50+

Q What is the theme of this year’s New Year’s Party?
A There is no specific theme to this years’ parties. Both parties have distinctive offerings and live entertainment.

Q What kind of music can I expect to hear at the New Year’s party?
A The Family Celebration will feature a live magic act and the NYE Party includes the band "The Sound Parade" with a variety of popular hits!

Q What is the dress Code for the parties?
A We’re at a resort so we want you to be nice and comfortable. There will be many people dressed in different ways, however there’s no need to feel like you have to pack a suit and tie. All parties are semi casual attire. Men can be comfortable in pants and a button down shirt and women may wear pants, skirts or dresses. Of course, there are always those who prefer to do New Years up and go all out.

Q Where and when can I pick up my New Years tickets?
A Tickets can be picked up at Activity Central in the Village at the following dates and times:

• Friday December 30 from 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday December 31 from 10:00am - 6:00pm
(after 6pm Party tickets can be picked up at the Blue Mountain Inn front desk)

Q How else can I order New Years tickets?
A You purchase tickets through Blue Mountains Information and Reservation agents by calling 877-445-0231 OR 705-445-0231. NYE Party at the Blue Mountain Inn Weider Room tickets can also be purchased online. BUY TICKETS ONLINE.

Q What is the refund policy for tickets?
A There are no refunds on the Family Party tickets after December 1st, 2011. Weider Room NYE Party tickets are non-refundable from the time of purchase.

Q Will there be reliable means of transportation from Blue Mountain into Collingwood after the party?
A There will be taxi's as well as the Blue Mountain Shuttle service on resort. In addition Blue Mountain will be providing a free shuttle service to Collingwood, Thornbury, Meaford and Wasaga Beach to those returning home from the NYE Party at the Inn. Q Will there be a coat check?
A There will be a full service coat check at the NYE Party, with profits going to charity. There will be a self serve coat check area at the Family Celebration.

Q What are the drink prices?
A The drinks can cost anywhere between $5.00 to $9.00 depending of course on the type and size of the drink.

Q Will there be some kind of a food kiosk open after the party is over?
A The Pizza Pizza kiosk will be open after the NYE Party at the Blue Mountain Inn – Weider Room only.

Q What time will the ski hill close on New Year’s Eve?
A The ski hill will close at its regular time of 10:00pm on New Year’s Eve.

Q Are the ski hills open on January 1, 2012?
A The ski hills will open as usual at 9:00am.

Q Will there be fireworks?
A The Resort will have fireworks which will be released at midnight from the Village and will be visible from outside the Blue Mountain New Year’s party. Family fireworks will take place at 9:00pm over the Village Mill Pond.

Q Will there be restaurants open after the Parties?
A All of the Village restaurants will be open for their New Year's parties until 2:00 a.m. However, one must purchase tickets to each of these individual establishments in advance.
